If you are sending a gift and would like a gift card included instead of the invoice, please mention this at checkout. We'll happily include a message if you let us know.
All orders are sent by next day courier or first class mail depending on the size (except Highlands and Islands).
We aim to ship the next working day, on orders placed before noon (this is not guaranteed, as some olive marinades take more than 24 hours to prepare).
Please add any special instructions to pass on to our carrier such as ‘leave with neighbour if no one in’ etc. We can leave parcels ‘un-signed for’, but please understand that this is totally at your own risk.
Our standard courier/first class mail delivery zone is UK only. This does not include Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and any other UK Islands. Orders to these areas will be sent by the most economical service and therefore may take a few days longer.
At present, we only deliver within the UK.
If you would like to collect your order, please contact us for location/times. We will refund any delivery charges if you would like to pick up the order.
Despatch
We aim to despatch orders the next working day, if you order before noon.
We use Royal Mail First Class/Tracked 24, Fedex next day, Hermes next day or DPD 1-2 working day delivery for parcels, depending on size and dimensions.
Please allow a few days for your order to reach you. Out of area items may be shipped by a slower method- we will aim to use Royal Mail 2nd Class in order to minimise delivery costs to you.
DPD will send you a one hour delivery slot by email or text so please ensure you leave a valid email address and/or mobile number when placing your order. DPD deliveries are now Co2 neutral.
We use reused or recycled packaging materials wherever possible. Don't be surprised if your order arrives in a reused olive oil box!
If you are sending a gift and would like unmarked packaging, please let us know on the checkout form.

Orders of £25.00 and over: FREE
At present, we only deliver within the UK.
Returns and Refunds
Faulty or damaged goods: Please let us know and we will aim to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. We will either arrange a full refund or re-deliver the order. We may ask for faulty goods to be returned, at our cost.
Missing deliveries: Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your tracking information.
Your right to cancel: If you change your mind and decide that you don’t want the order, then please arrange to return the products to us in original condition, in full (at your own cost), within 14 days of delivery, and we will refund your original invoiced amount.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
